No machine will be permitted to start the event if,
A. Excessively noisy machine max. 94dba
B. Illegible riding nos.
All competitors will be required to sign an indemnity form (Parent or guardian
if competitor under 18 years) and must have and present a current MA
National Junior (also JCP Logbook) or Senior National licence and
proof of current club membership.
All riders must attend scrutineering in full riding gear.
A CLOSED PIT will operate for both days; there will be NO CAMPING in
this area. Camping will be allowed in a separate designated area. NO
Enviromats must be used when replenishing any fluids, penalties will apply
for non compliance. Refueling only in designated refueling area. (Penalty is
All riders must dismount from the bike before refueling can take place

As per the GCR’s the use of goggle tearoffs at our events is banned as
they are not biodegradable and are harmful to the environment and stock.
A goggle/ gloves only lane may be included in the cross country
course if the weather is inclement
Dogs and mini bikes (except those entered) are not permitted at the event.
CAMPING - Camping is Avail at the track, at a cost of $20.00 per vehicle,
this will be collected on entry to the venue and a sticker will be placed on
your windscreen. Toilets only will be available, noise levels must be kept
down after 9.00pm all generators are to be turned off. There is no fresh
water at the venue.
CATERING - will be available at the venue for breakfast and lunch Saturday
& Sunday.
RIDERS BRIEFING (is COMPULSORY) – all riders (parent or guardian if
under 18years) must attend, there will be a random roll call, any competitor
not present will be fined.
Format: Saturday will be a Cross Country, in three separate races
RACE 1 JUNIORS 2 hours (or laps)
RACE 2 CLUBMAN, INTERMEDIATE & WOMEN (no sighting lap) 2 hours
(or laps)
RACE 3 EXPERT & PRO (no sighting lap) 3 hours(or laps)
Format: Sunday will be a sprint with two separate tracks.

LOCATION: Faheys Road, Hedley Vic 3967
Approximately 3hrs from Melbourne travelling on the South Gippsland Highway.
Turn right at Welshpool, into Port Welshpool Road, towards Port Welshpool.(3kms)
on left turn into Telegraph Road. Third road on right is Faheys Road.
Signage will be provided at Welshpool, Telegraph Road & Faheys Road.
2 loops of approximately 7.5km (approximately 18 - 20 minutes in total) over sandy
soil, open paddock and bush areas.
